Need Help with Celta

I'v currently started a new game as Celta in the spannish seccond division, iv got a team promoted out of this league before so i know what its about, this season iv got to finnish top 10 and i know my squad is able of doing that, my next game is Vs RAYO, iv always had fustrating games vs them, winning 3 - 1 , losing 3 - 2 , this season they are 1 place above us, and a win here would keep us with the top 10 back, but if we lost we fall about 5 points behind

Any team talk or tatical sergestions would be appricated thanks!
