Need help with Chelsea FC ASAP!

I've started a game with Chelsea and it has started miserably I need a formation that can get the best out of players! Screenshots would be appreciated!! Please help I'm lost for ideas and really need to turn my game around

4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 With a DMC with fit Chelsea. As you probably want to use Hazard and Mata in order to get succes

4 2 3 1 would be fine as tubben said, use more wingers and their creative minds but try to cover space behind them if opponent use counter attack...xD
