Need Help With Inconsistent Tactic

I recently booted up a Fulham game to test one of my tactics, as it was inconsistent on my other save, but could produce great results. After playing 16 games in the league we are 4th, which is fantastic, but we could be much higher. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
