Need help with individual instructions

I'm going to make a very fluid 4-3-3 with Lazio, I want Felipe Anderson & Candreva to both be my main men (using them as IF) i probably won't bother giving the rest individual instructions, would you advise to give these two any & if so what, or leave them off? I'm not sure works better.

set one as a IF/Support with Shoot more often, Get further forward, Sit Narrower and roam from position,

This should be on the tactics section. And anyhow, a lot depend on your other roles, and where they occupy the positions while playing.

Also, if you're that confused about individual instructions, just play some games in 'full' mode using your current tactic. You can see what the players are doing, you know what you want the players to do - add the instructions accordingly.

You'll get general advise because you haven't gone into specifcations of your tactic - who is on IF attack and who is on support. What role is your ST on? etc.
