Need help with my first ever tactic

Hello guys,
I'm new to creating a new tactics and i would like to hear your opinion on a tactic that i created for my team. The most common problem i have is that my midfielders and sometimes defenders are doing long passes to the wings where there is nobody to get the ball. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I updated my tactic a little bit. The main issue now i have is that my tactics analysis says we have problem with possession of the ball on the rivals half. No idea how to fix that for now.

Possession in Football Manager is not counted like real life. If you get the results you want, then nothing to worry.
