Need help with my fulham team

I Need a few a players to help bolster my team as you probley no fulham are underated on the game. I have 16 mill to spend due to selling a few players. Would people be able to suggest some players that might be able to help me out thanks.

I reckon i need players for most positions due to european football and the team generally not being good. Im using the 10.3 patch.
