need help with my tactics

Hi i have posted this on the main page but nobody has replied so hoping people will on this one
i cannot score goals but i hardly concede any but i thought it would be the other way round with this formation as i have 1 striker 3 attacking mids and also have 1 of my cm to attack so please help this is my teamView attachment 92052
