Need help with norhampton

I am in 2nd season and need to stay up in the npwr 1, can somebody give me any advice?

I usually play 4-4-2 like this but haven't been able to win yet with it

On the topic, I would probably start away games with Contain and play Counter with more cautious shouts as the most attacking approach. In home games, I would probably start with a more Balanced approach and if facing teams flooding the midfield, I would use the flanks
