Need help with promising youngster

I've just signed a young irish regen who is ultra talented from Home Farm on a Free.
I found him on Genie Scout and he has a potential ability of 193!!
I just wanted to know how to develop him into a star as usually I don't go as young as 17.
I have got him being tutored by Joao Moutinho as he's a centre midfielder and I also have good youth facilities because i'm liverpool.
Is there any training methods or any other way to help him progress into a star?

i make mine their own training regime, but you can just download one... id reccomend "Tugs Training" if your going that route.... theyre spot on every year

i like to rotate mine between learning for 2 or 3 top players in asimilar position
