Need help with tactic for valencia

Hello everybody

I'm having some troubles lately with my valencia team. I've been trying to figure out a solid tactic that will allow my team to have much more control and possesion. Can anyone recommend a good tactic?

coudent be bothered to make a link but google search the wenger 4 4 2 exellent tactic for possesion football i havent tested it with valencia yet but should work
