Need help with tutoring!

I bought in Ambrosini because i wanted him to tutor Crisetig,but when i ask him to tutor a player,it doesn't show crisetig.

is there anything i can do to change this?

First of all, check that Crisetig's status within the team is below 'first team player', and that Ambrosini's is higher.

they're both set as backup to first team mate. thanks a lot,that should solve it!

also if they player you want him to tutor is above a certain age then he can't...
