Need major help!

Hey! If your using steam to play football manager 09. and your trying to upload a skin is the file still C:\Documents and Setting\Your Account Name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\skins or do you have to add /steam somewhere? because i seem to upload the skin to the folder called ''skins'' in my file and it doesnt show up on football manager :S - MAJOR HELP.. REPLY!
