Need Mikel DMF "Destroyer" replacement

I am looking to sell Mikel (I know hes really good) because he isn't listening to me when i ask him to learn or unlearn preferred moves and is openly having a hissy fit everytime I tell my team they were dissappointing (i dont do it often).

So I need someone who can fit perfectly into the DMF "destroyer" role and is preferably better than Mikel.
