how about you press F5, and click on staff search, and then filter by attribute according to who you want to get..i'm sure you will find a lot of options. and depends what team you are..i can suggest some good scouts. Tom Vernon, David Frioo, Gilles Grimandi, Marcel Desailly, Piet de Vissier, David Williams. basically just raid United if you have the money. And have a look at Dave Parnaby for coach. he's awesome.
