need players fast!!

I have about 300m transfer budget to shape a new team in a super league (E.g. a league full of teams like barcelona, real madrid, man united, inter..) I have no current players.

Please tell me a good team that is in value.

EDIT: If someone could provide a nice formation to go with the team would be nice.
