Need players for my new club

Okay so I made my own club in editor, I've given myself 200m to buy 17 to 22 players. My long term aim is to over take Manchester United for league titles and Real Madrid for European Cups. I want players that can help me finish mid table in my first few seasons. I'm pretty new to this years FM so I would like some players that can be attainable. I need 2 players for the following positions:

Alfredo Lafonte for GK i rate him as the best young GK in the game he will be your main GK for at least 10 season maybe even 13 Tiago Maia he has a dirt cheap release clause of around 5 million and one of the best ball winning CDM in the game
