Need serious help!

Hi, i am in my third season with Millwall got promoted and i am roughly 20 games in and in last place i have been using JP Woodys high scoring and i am getting destroyed and need some help.

id probley say take a more defansive approach

Go with a Counter attacking formation when playing away from home with touchline instruction Retain Possesion on. The opposition get very restless and come out of there positions to get the ball. When you see this working put the touchline instructions Pass Into Space, Look For Overlap & Work Ball Into Box on.
