Please help me turn THIS around

My players are doing NOTHING, literally NOTHING!
 
Download a tactic? usually helpsin sticky situations, el devasto works for me?
 
Yeah, I think i just broke my hand after punching the table after a 4-0 defeat to Luton...
 
hahahaha not at you but at Bradford still in League Two ;)

Look for some good loan signings that can score as it seems your strikeforce wouldn't score in amsterdam. ;)

I've found that those tactics don't normally work in lower leagues, although I may try it.

For anyone wishing to help me out, my strongest team is:

GK: Nathan Dean
LB: Tomas Roberts
CB: Dan Bennett
CB: Clovis Kamjdo/Mark Devine
RB: Lee Beevers
LM: Stephen Foley
CM: Gareth Williams
CM: Regen (12 first touch, 14 pace, 15 work rate, 13 determination, 13 flair, 12 teamwork)
RM: Neil Sims
ST: Danny Uchechi
ST: Fabio Zamblera

SUB1: Regen (13 handling 12 throwing 11 reflex)
SUB2: Mark Phillips
SUB3: Kieron Freeman
SUB4: Phil Younghusband
SUB5: Ryan Brobbel
SUB6: Tim Rivers
SUB7: Regen (11 dribbling, 12 off the ball, 14 determination, 13 teamwork)

My strikeforce is the only good part of my team usually!

Surprisingly good, 3/4 of them are good, a couple are superb, the rest ok apart from one who's very unhappy because I haven't played him for 3 seasons and he won't leave!
 
Ok how about team philosophy I always find that for low league v.rigid or rigid sometimes the odd balance works best also find leading toward a mourinho style works

Been playing Rigid, sucking up the pressure, then unleashing it in a counter attack, which worked perfectly last season ( I say perfectly, it kept me up!)

yes training look HERE

also tactics, the file should come in either a .tac .zip or .rar. files if .tac move to my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2011/tactics, if there isn't one then create one if a .Zip extract it to the tactics file found above if a rar file download winRAR and use it to extract the files into the tactics file hope this helps :)
