Need some defensive advices for 4-2-3-1

Hi guys, i'm using 4-2-3-1 deep. But i want my wingers to come and help the defence. I need them to stand their positions right in front of the full backs. i hope i could make you understand the problem So how can i ??

You could aways get them to man mark.

Try using them as defensive wingers, that should help.
