Need some help please

Hi guy's i need some help im starting to get a little board with the game and was wondering if you could help me pick a new team that would make me enjoy the game more im fed up going the same old clubs and it gets old any help would be great.

check the box that says 'Start Unemployed'

Then DON'T go for a job that is already vacant at the start of the game. Continue on till clubs start sacking managers (early as October/November usually) Then take on a club that struggling and bring them up.
