Need some help pulling a prank on a mate

Ok so the story is, my friend Joe is a chronic football fan, and has challenged a few of my mates to a network game boasting that he'll beat us all blindfolded.

I'd like some advice on which team, who to sign, tactics etc. on how to put him in his place and beat him silly.

I'm a decent enough FM player, but he'll smack me up and down the pitch the way I'm playing how.

So far all I know is that he will be playng Nottingham Forest (So I need to be a team in the Championship) and he normally runs to get De Laet.

So does anyone have any advice? Success stories? A straight out "This is what you do..." tip to help me beat a cocky *******? lol

You host the game, and run FMRTE when your playing the game, and reduce all his players CA by about 50. Then slowely reduce his money in the club, and lower the rep by about 3k.

This is what Kris would do.. ;)

Haha I kinda want to win legitimately though, so I can rub his face in it =P
 
Corner cheat and Mr Hough's. Use Raikan's shortlists for some bargains and off you go!

Haha unfortunately he's running the server though, the laptop I play on is a POS, and takes way to long to do anything if I try to host for 5-6 people.

Don't be as extreme as that, destroy his players morale, give yourself more money, give your players better morale, give his best players injuries. He won't have a clue ;)

Maybe Prank was the wrong word, I just want to see him eat his words when I kick the **** out of his Forest side.

Any suggestions on which team in the championship to play, i've been experimenting with Boro, but i'm not to sure.
 
As Dunc said, FMRTE is the way to go. Put injury proneness up to 20 for all his players, before all his matches reduce their levels of fitness, make sure any youngsters he buys have a PA reduction, reduce his reputation... the possibilities are endless.

EDIT: Ah, if he's running the server... well, got the be the legit way, then. As mentioned earlier, abuse Raikan's shortlists, use Mr Hough.

What database will you be using btw? I'd ask to use 10.3 or something, so he can't fudge anything.
 
Use FMRTE - he won't know if he's blindfolded ;)
