Im with Crewe Second season, i have 931k transfer budget and around 12k wage budget to be spent.

Im pretty much looking for players that will become Premier League stars, but cheap and would want to come, mind you I am in League 1

I think you could check youth teams of big teams of Europe and check who is not under contract and if he wants to go to your club.
