Need some tactics

Hi guys, im pretty new here. I just need some advice.

I am playing as Leeds united and so far have played 6 games and not even drawn or won a game, so could someone give me some good training regime and tactics to start winning a game?

Cheers mate, will have a go with these and see if i can win. Seems the defenders arent doing too well so we shall see with this one
