Need striker and right fullback (Porto FC - Start of 3rd season-€65M)

I am at the start of my third season with Porto.
I just lost Diogo Dalot to Liverpool due to a release clause, so I need a quality starting right back with attacking qualities.

Could also use a more than decent back-up for Andre Silva.

I have a budget of around €65M.
