need suggestions on a tottenham tactic ASAP!!

im currently in my first season as tottenham i bought miguel veloso who is proving his worth constant 30 yard goals .... however i also bought rossi and ive been partnerin him with pavlyuchenko i currently have pav as target man with balls supplied to his head playing through balls with rossi running onto them... pre season it was a dream come true however in the league it doesnt seem to be working as effectively as i thought pav is showin he is clinical but rossi is nowhere to be seen in the match.... can anyone recommend anything i can do. thanks

take pav out of being a target man, as the clubs in the premier league seem to grab a hold of that tactic easily, use him as a playmaker instead, and he should play the balls to rossi, what does the rest of the formation look like??

im runnin a 4-4-2 attackin style modric and bently on wings dos santos rotating. centres jenas and veloso

4-4-2 seems to be the safe bet of formation
