need tactic for liverpool

hi guys

..i wanted to ask you if somebody has a good tactic for liverpool but to play with carroll and saurez up in front..or only carroll..

i have money to buy good wingeras thats not the problem..but i dont know how to get the best out of carroll ...i cant handle with a target man who is not fast..so please help me..

and you can give suggestions which are the best players for the wings with crossing and lese..
