I use Barcelona with 4123dm control fluid look for overlap and retain possesion. I only made changes to top 3 . Complete forward withb attacking role, right attacking mid set as inside forward attacking role and left attacking mid as winger.

As i said before these are the only changes i made to the 4123dm wide formation. No individual plaer instructions were added.

Well I needed 10 pts from my first 5 games to keep my job and didn't get it so I got fired. Doesn't help my first 5 games were pretty tough.
