Need to replace Baines

I play with Everton and I'm about to finish season 1. I didn't qualify for UCL so Baines want to be sold.

Can anyone recommend good player to replace Baines? My budget is about 20-25 mil pounds (I finished 5th).

Garbutt is relatively like-for-like with his crossing and attacking play, and free because you already have him (helps with Everton's finances if you don't break the bank). Sure he may not quite be ready but give him a chance, and invest elsewhere.
