Need to Select Keeper and Captain??

Ok so whenever i try to submit my team for the next match it says i need to choose a captainand a keeper, ive tryed going on holiday and it causes my game to crash, im in my second season with West Brom and doing pretty well, and i just took the england job so id really like to avoid starting my game again, so anyone know how to get around this or fic the problem.

So does anybody know of a fix for this, same thing has just happened, half way through first season.

Patch 11.3 should fix this problem.

this happened to me in my arsenal save last patch

to solve it i quit the game and reloaded and it worked
