needing some advice

so heres my predicament im 3 days from registration day and ive 23 of 25 players registered.

Im one player short, and more importantly i need an English player that trained in England! Ive only 3.6 million..

Who should i go for??

If you leave spaces in your squad you don't need to sign players

but when i go to registration it says ive only 7 players registered that were trained in England before they were 21.. telling me i need 8

If you only have 7 players who've been trained in England but have the 4 required for trained at Chelsea, register 24 players. It should be fine. And I believe anybody under 21 doesn't have to be registered?
