Neil Taylor or Benoit Tremoulinas?

I've just started 2nd season with my Everton. I sold Baines(19 mln pounds) and I'm looking for replacement. I'm observing two players: Neil Taylor(the transfer fee would close at about 12 mln) and Benoit Tremoulinas(he would cost about 14 mln) and really I don't have an idea who to buy. Could you help me?
