Network Game - Affiliated Youth Development

Me and my friend were thinking about setting up a network game where we manage to affiliated clubs and try to promote youth development. Does anyone know of two clubs like Barcelona and Barcelona B that are two separate teams that are associated with each other. We are looking for two teams that aren't in the top division in their respective countries and are preferably close division wise for example one or two divisions apart. Thank you!

Why don't you start a save with a top division team. Do a feeder club affiliate search. When you sign an agreement have your friend take over the club you just signed with. Any of the major european leagues would be great for this! It is a neat idea. Only problem I would see, is that hopefully your friends side would wind up promoted and you would be playing eachother after a season or two and no longer able to be affiliated!
