Network game? im confused.. HELP

i found another thread on how to set it up and i did what it said.. but i dont no how to actuall do the league.. do i set a new game up as usual and then send my mates the ip address and password?

Download Hamachi yet?
If so you create the game and 'run as server', mak your friends copy and paste the ip from Hamachi then take over your team.
