Network game problem

[Ubernisation]

I'm in a network game with 2 of my real life friends, and my friend who is the host accidentally connected so that he controls all the managers. Every time he logs in he automatically controls all 3 managers, how can he stop this? We just want it so that we each control a manager.

tell him to retire as the 2 other managers and then you 2 will be able to join in again

We tried that but all that happens is the manager disappears and someone has to create a new manager.
