Junior Shukur Mcdonald- Chelsea- FA Cup and Title + Manager of the year
Antuan Creary-Man united- leauge cup- supercup-club championship and community shield, 3rd in table.
Kevaughn- Arsenal- F.A cup Runners up- 2nd in table.
Jay Taukoorah-Mancity-4th in table
Gary Baines- Liverpool-9th in table
