network game

hi guys this is my first post,

i play fm 2009 on my laptop and try to play my mate on a network game but never have any joy,

could someone give me aguide throught how to set it up,
am i right in thinking i can be in my house connected to the internet and my mate can be in is his house ans we can play in the same game

Yes you are correct, Ive had your problem so i'd be more than happy to show you how mate.

1. Search in a search engine like google 'hamachi', this is the program that will alow you two to play each other in different houses, both of you need to download this program!

2. Install and go through setup etc.

Thats all I can remember at the minute lol but I think after that one of you creates the game and on hamachi you select join network and enter the details for the game

hi thanks i have done the steps you said and me and my mates computers are joined but now do not no how to get the game to join to the network we have created, do u have anymore tips cheers
