2nd season with Real Madrid and I want to buy a keeper after Casillas left. Had a 70 mil Euros offer accepted by Bayern for Neuer. Is he worth it? United want 90 mil for De Gea, Chelsea 136 for Courtois, Ter Stegen is at Barca. Neuer has 10 years left in him.

What's your budget ? If is pretty big,you can get Neuer,but use installments,he's the best GK !

Definitely not. If you are in season two, try to pry Lloris from Tottenham. He is quite good and should be gettable between 25-35m pounds.
Also try to look for Rulli, Ter Stegen, De Gea, Courtois, or Jan Oblak in the future. All of those are young top class GK and one might be available between 30-40m. If you can't get them yet, just buy Lloris who is excellent and keep an eye out for opportunity to buy one of those top 5 GK I mentioned.
