I sort of want to give everyone an even start just to make it interesting so will probably them all together im afraid. Should make the whole league very competitive from the start although is more Prize/TV money in the Premiership.
Maybe do it on stages? Premiership first, championship second? After all, the premiership teams should get a higher budget in the auction and the ability to buy better players than the championship teams
