I've just got Southampton promoted to the Premier League, but I was looking to change my Assistant Manager for this new challenge and what-not, so I was just wondering if anyone could recommend someone for me?

I usually steal one of the bigger clubs first team coaches. (Look at utd, chelski and liverplod)

Try looking at Paul McGuinness from spurs, i saw him take over spurs in 2015 and win the CL that year! pretty impressive stats too.

Every time i take Lincoln into the PL i put out an ad for an AM and this guy always applies, and i generally hire him
