New Challenge - Champions League Youth Challenge

My name is FMGizzmo & basically this challenge is The Champions League challenge & Youth Academy Challenge all in one but there is a twist.

There is one change in the Youth Academy Challenge -

You can buy players but only players under the age of 19

You can loan players but they have to be under 19

If you haven't got a decent budget you can change budget on Editor but only 10 million transfer budget.
