New club, new players, but no action?

Hi guys, I recently downloaded the editor and went about creating a local team and placing them in league 2. I have done all the usual steps removing a side from the division creating the players and saving them to the database. I then created the club all the usual stuff and added the players to that club. When I load the editor and search the club they are on there with all the players no problem. When I load up the game it's all fine I select my created team and when im there the players do not exist! They are not at my club and not on the game at all!!! So the club is there but no players? Does anyone have anything that may help me out here?

It may be a reputation issue.

1) What size database do you use when you start the game?
2) What reputation did you give your players?

If the database is too small and the players' reputation too low, they might not appear.
