New Competition Idea

I was wondering whether it would be possible to create a new european team competition basically.

What i was considering was a knock out competition involving only the champions from every european's countries league, i.e Manchester City- England, Real Madrid- Spain.

This would have no group stage just a straight knock out consisting of two legs.

Does anyone know whether this could be done or has/ knows how to do this as im no good with the editor.

Could be done in editor but im no good at it but a more experinced editor could do this, havent heard of such a thing before sounds fun kinda like a super champions league

No it just sounds like the classic European Cup, before they rebranded it "The Champions League" and then ironically let non-champions into it.
