New competition similar to African championship of nations

I'm wanting to create 2 new competitions that are similar to the African championship of nations where only domestic players are allowed. I'm wanting to create a world cup version and a European version.

Don't think its possible to put that limitation on international squad selections. I may be wrong, but i;ve never seen it done before.
