New DM replacement, 15-20 million

Looking for a quality new DM to buy in January transfer window of 2014-15 season, as my current star Jucilei has been unhappy for a while and the time has come to cash in on him. In the Premier League, with Exeter, so my reputation is not that high, but currently near the top of the table, which may help. Budget will be £15-20 million with sale of player.

Most important attributes for a DM? I've got tackling, marking, positioning and anticipation, any others that are really important?
