I had incredible success in a different career, but I wanted to try it in a new career with version 24.3. In my first season I was great, but in the following years the tactic doesn't seem to work. What am I doing wrong or have you made any improvements for the current version?

this tactic works best with tall strong fast players- I recommend having every player at least over 185cm. I have found when I get the right players in place this tactic gets better on 24.3
