Its still open, we are at the start of the transfer window in the second season. Feel free to join people. Malarkey you are blocked for changing teams too much and having a net spend of 68.4 Million in the first window as Sunderland (i.e. doing 48month transfers when we said they were banned)

yes its still open. The following teams are taken, Spurs, Villa, Blackburn, Everton, WBA, Wigan, Bolton, Wolves. possibly Birmingham cos the guy got sacked. just join Hamachi and chat.
