Jim White: We have just been given the news that Manuel Pellegrini has been sacked as Manchester City manager, it is believed he has been removed from his position due to a poor season at Eastlands and City want to bring in a new man to spend the large Transfer kitty that has been promised this summer.
Our sources are also telling us that Pellegrini is on his way to Madrid to be unveiled as the new Real Madrid head coach.

Sky Bet have installed Jurgan Klopp as 6/4 Favorite for the Job, where Carlo Ancelotti 10/3 and Pep Guardiola 6/1 other candidates for the post.​

Manchester City have Appointed 55 year old Carlo Ancelotti as the clubs new manager. Ancelotti has signed a 3 year deal at the club,
Ancelotti's record is superb, having managed clubs like Real Madrid, AC Milan, Chelsea and Paris St Germain.

Ancelotti's first signing is expected to be the £49 million pound deal to bring Raheem Sterling to Eastlands, after a deal was agreed with Liverpool

Jim White: News just reaching us, Sky sources are telling us that Manchester City have bid £17 million pound for Southampton youngster James Ward Prowse. We believe Southampton are looking for £30 million pounds. Talks are expected over the weekend to try and strike a deal, Manchester City have been looking for some home grown talent and it seems Ward Prowse fits the bill.​
