I am looking for the old European Cups. I would like to have the cups like this:

Champions League:
The National champions
+ CL-Semi-finalists
+ UEFA-Cup-Finalists
+ UEFA Cup Winners - Finalists

Cup Winners Cup:
Winners of the national cups

UEFA-Cup (Euroleague):
The rest of all qualified teams for the UEFA-Cup

and - complete new:
UEFA-Second League cup:
including the best teams (promoted teams) of the second leagues in europe

Is it able to make such changes???
