New facepack feedback

I'm planning on making a new facepack for the English Premier League 2009-10 season.
I have a preview of what I made in 10 minutes, but I know I can do better, but I want feedback from you guys so I know I can make a product that will satisfy the downloaders. It can be totally different, or just a tweak to my design.

Quite nice. Do you have a screenshot of one in game to see what it looks like?

I do prefer action shots to just face.

I haven't done any configuration yet. But I think the text will be too small to see, and the nations flag won't be great because right below it is their nationality with the flag :| I may ask to close/delete this thread cos I may not pursue with this facepack.
