So i found this post on polish fm facebook group, this is truly amazing mod. I tried it and i love it people from FB too so i leave it here to try it for yourself

MOD FOR. IMPROVED FOOTBALL MANAGER 2024 MATCH ENGINE
Yes, that's right - Chinese player 红骑士Sakura, waiting for the release of FM25, created a modification to the match engine for Football Manager 2024. The mod not only improves the visual effects, but also changes the values in the files responsible for the physics of the game.
According to feedback from other players, the modification significantly changes the gameplay experience, and the difference between it and the standard engine is clearly noticeable.
The mod can, of course, be downloaded and personally check how it affects gameplay. I've included a link to the full article in the comments, which includes detailed instructions on how to download and install the modification. You will also find a YouTube video, which perfectly demonstrates the differences in the game - the project is really impressive and very interesting.

The match engine being so repetetive and predictable was one of my biggest problems and after a few saves i was always really annoyed with it. I'm really excited about this mod and will start a new save with it right now to see if it refreshes the game as i hope it will. Anyways, thanks for uploading!

I think the Match engine is really cool but I keep on seeing a different match engine created by a Korean FM player and was wondering if you knew where I could find that.

definitely noticed some changes. First off, i really enjoyed this "updated" engine. In my personal experience, a lot more straight forward passing happened, as if the players gained like 15 IQ points. Also a lot more long shots going in. Overall its a much more enjoyable watching experience and it hides a lot of the flaws of the original match engine that annoyed me, like the senseless dribbling or the ball being glued to the feet of the players. It obviously doesnt hide every mistake, so Players will sometimes be very stupid and do braindead things, but you can't completely erase that. So it's a definite improvement and i'll keep using it, thanks agains for uploading and sharing this great mod

Didn't have much time to test it, but mod description says it just tweaks some aspects of the game, especially defensive play

It doesn't work for me, I get Commentary event handler and Match unable to initialize properly errors. Can anybody help with this?
